I don't think you will find anything meaningful from this because each of the 4 WC3 races have mechanics from all 3 SC1 races. For example Undead have warp-in from Protoss, creep from Zerg. NE got lose worker when building Ancient of x buildings like Zerg in SC1 but at the same time they rely heavily on ranged units and very little on spells and pretty much no AoE abilities at all. And so it goes on.
