profile settings in starcraft 2

when i browse through profiles in starcraft 2 i sometimes can see peoples nicks and sometimes i cant. when i see my own profile there is like a lot of data. i do have no problem seeing anybodys played matches or rewards or sth like that regardless if i am able to see nicks or not. (yes i did check the search beforehand, and no thread about this yet)

is there an option where i can set up what people are able to see when looking at my profile?
so all those people i can get like no data on, have they simply ticked a box at some hidden option menu that makes it not visible or is it just buggy bnet cause of beta?

(not really an issue but as im posting anyways: i do have to accept the licence agreements every single time i log onto battlenet, as the little note states, they have changed. which is of course not true. fixable?)

There is no option to change your profile from what I know, I never had this problem before, I could just check all the info when I check the profiles, the only time I don't see it is because they are still in their placement matches.

On a side note, it seems not possible to check the profiles of people when you check the match history of your friendlist, there is a button "View profile" but it does nothing it seems.

so basically if bnet is working properly everybody can check out my real name, if i was foolish enough to let blizzard know it?

Not rly, only people who added you as "Real ID" by e-mail, can check your real name, but I'm sure they will add a option to hide your real name in the future, maybe even on release.

Wait before you close...I can see my real name in my profile. Can other people see my real name? If so, how do I stop them from seeing my real name?

No.

They need to add you as a real friend (ie add via email address) in order to see your real name.
