You might as well send out your best chance last, becuase if he loses, there's no one that can really beat flash anyway Well the issue with this logic is that you gotta send JD out on the map that gives him the best chance to beat Flash. But given the way Flash was playing, it doesn't look like JD would have won on Andromeda either seeing as how 2 Hatch Muta doesn't really work well there and it seems like Flash has the upper hand in the massive macro games.

Basically, he was trying to be too cute, and he ended up wasting 2 of his lurkers and his muta to try to hurt flash's econ. That was the turning point in the game. Well its not so much that he lost the units, but more that he did not have him contained anymore and then flash was free to roam around on the map. He had a waterproof contain and then opened it for a very small possible gain, losing mapcontrol vs killing a few scvs and make him lose some mining time is pretty stupid imo.

He got 3 gas pretty fast whereas Flash didn't even make an effort to pick up the third base (while he was contained) for a long time. The Lurkers behind the expo line failure was what killed him, though Flash does seem to somehow power through Lurkers in ways that other players don't. Yeah, his M&M control was amazing this game. When Jaedong moved out with those lurkers and Flash picked them off like they were zerglings, my jaw dropped.

Flash is a creature not of this world, though. His MnM control this game was some of the best I've EVER EVER seen...it was ridiculous. His SK is unstoppable. Jaedong is very good at getting a lot of use out of a few units...a testament to his micro. Flash, however, can go toe to toe with him on that regard. Add on his fucking ridiculous game sense...perfectly timed scans...saw the den so quickly and all that. By the time he was out of scans, his control towers had just finished...only Flash.

It was almost one year ago where he was perhaps the most dominant player ever for a short time. He can be it again.

Umm... we're not talking about ZvPs here. Sending Jaedong out on Andromeda is suicide given the map imbalance towards terran, and the fact that it negates Jaedong's biggest advantage, MICRO. Andromeda's mineral only 3rd is very favorable towards terran going M&Ms. Edit: Thank god I finally got some returns for having Flash on my Fantasy team. It's about damn time Flash started pwning.

Basically, he lost because he was way too careless with his units and his macro seemed flawed. I think if he just kept his units together and then massed up lurkers while teched up, he would have survived.

Now he's just burned out and left with the wrong mindset going against terrans. Doing weird unneccessary things because that's what was needed in order to survive the onslaught of anti-zerg maps. Fuck the map makers. They ruined Jaedong. I have been thinking the same thing lately.

Yeah, I guess I was unclear, but I was trying to say that Andromeda would have been an even worse map to send JD on.
