This edition of the tour will be a little different from the past tours. Main difference here being that the primary purpose of this tour is for coaches to be able to assess players when considering team selection to help promote a league with a more even initial skill distribution.
CPL Players are REQUIRED to participate. If you absolutely cannot play, you must inform me. Failure to do so will disqualify you from CPL.
Max Rank of C- is allowed. In case of seemingly strong players without ladder results they will be evaluated by a committee consisting of myself, and several others (TBA). It's subjective, but that's the best we can do
It hasn't been an issue in the past but I want to be abundantly clear. If you have been C/B/A++ at any point, do NOT post your max rank as D+ xxxx pts. This applies to any account. If you've been 5000 pts on one account, but only 2700 on another your max rank must be posted as 5000.

Format and Date:
There will be 32 players, Dual Tournament style groups.

Who can play:
This league is only for D-/D/D+/C- rank players who are willing to participate consistently. This means MAX RANK. On ANY account. You cannot signup with a D/C- account if you have been C or higher on another.
You may ask to play even if you don't fit the criteria and we will review the case.

Final Note: This tour first and foremost serves the needs of CPL. All CPL players will have priority. If you're interested in playing but not playing CPL, you many sign up on first come, first serve basis but priority is for CPL.

Are these happening on the same day, thus the same start time?
Yea, they are on the same day. Of course, Ro8 technically starts after the Ro16, and the semi's after the round of 8, but these are grouped on the same day so that we can have the bulk of the games played for coaches to have observed and be able to start drafting teams.
