True but for years and years "hydra bust" meant 2 hatch allin, sometimes 4 but most often 2. The newish trend of going 3 hat either allin or macro started with zero > stork I think. Yes it had been done before, the first time I can remember (the fake version I mean) is gorush > bisu on python which spawned a mini trend of people doing variations of it but this time it has become a staple build and I really think that can be attributed to zero.

Zero is the first person I saw use this pseudo-hydra bust build. I certainly hate it.

Well I do love that no one tries it against Bisu because they know it's only a scrub-bashing build and he's the only non-scrub PvZ, so I guess in a way you're right .

Stats throws up a forge first, his probe continues to harass Hydra's mineral line Overlord almost at Stats natural
nexus started for stats Hydra sending out a drone to 5 o'clock where it becomes a hatchery another drone sent out to the nat, hydra taking his main geyser
meanwhile stats warps in a cannon and gateway at his nat completing that forge/gateway set up zerglings chasing that scouting probe
Hydra moving up to Lair Stats forge is spinning, core is warping in at the main
