Players facing a bye are seeded into the round of 16 from last WCG Korea (except that Flash took the seed of the disgraced Luxury. Presumably the seed was given to Flash because he leads the Kespa ranking, though I may be mistaken about this detail). The rest have to go through the round of 24. Order is by bracket (as per GTR's above-linked thread), so each pair of consecutive players play each other in the round of 24, then each pair of consecutive winners plays each other in the round of 16, and so on.
