Thoughts on making the Ro4?
-There are still great obstacles to overcome, but I’m happy I won. I feel like I’m reviving recently, which is lucky. I hope to play spectacular games with Flash in the Ro4.
Thoughts on the games?
-I felt kind of frustrated during the games. On Fighting Spirit, I kept feeling I couldn’t win head on. If I even won the head-on engagement once I could’ve won right there, I still need to improve on this. As the games progressed I felt like I took the initiative. I didn’t play well in game 1, but I played what I wanted to play in game 2.
Does this conflict with the STX Cup scheduling?
-Because it’s our company sponsored game, I will fly over after WCG ends to play.
You’re going to play Flash.
-I want to take the initiative, but in the end the opponent is still Flash, so it won’t be easy. Even so, since I feel like I’m making a comeback, if I’m confident I should win.
Thoughts on this WCG?
-Before, Hwasin-hyung [T/N: !] took WCG Korea gold. I wasn’t so clear on it then, but when my ranking started rising and started playing in the WCG, I felt like Hwasin-hyung was really good.
Back then, not only did Hwasin win WCG, he did well at the STX Cup too. I want to end this season on a good note.

Q: Your thoughts on advancing cleanly to the semis?
A: After winning in WCG, I can take the upper hand in the psychological battle against Fantasy in preparation for our MSL game.
Q: In the first game, your opponent decided to mass goliaths.
A: I’ve always thought that was somewhat weird. When I sent out my marine to scout, I saw the goliaths. If I didn’t scout, I definitely would have GG’d.
Q: In game 2, you found your opponent’s proxy barracks.
A: I sensed it coming. I should actually say I predicted it, so when the proxy barracks happened, I could fight according to my plans.
Q: You’ll also be facing Fantasy in the MSL.
A: The MSL brackets came out before WCG’s, so I actually prepared for the MSL. Once I learned I would fight Fantasy in the WCG, I felt that was probably better. I was very motivated.
Q: With the WCG and MSL together, do you think you can 5:0 Fantasy? (T/N massive spoilers?)
A: Obviously, beating Fantasy 5:0 is excellent, but I don’t ever consider the points in a match. I care more about the momentum in games. Aside from the first game, I more or less play them according to my plans.
Q: Any final remarks?
