If the first opponent is C+ and he gets this handicap then it's a possibility but I don't think a simple thing like no zealots will let a D player beat a B+ player.

Because i find handicaps like "no storm" or "no shuttle" boring (from viewers entertiment point of view) this is my shot at interesting handicaps:

(P)Perfect Blance+ Show Spoiler [what it does] +
forces to have many robo/stargate units (triple robo reavers = fun)
- same number of any combat unit production buldings.

(Z)forhitech+ Show Spoiler [what it does] +
slows down timings, later can be interesting with fully upg casters/shuttles with speed at hand, the Double Observatory Build would be viable lol
- compleate unit upgrades before first unit - maybe excluding zelot or goon if nozeal is on.

a win with (P)3 + Show Spoiler [what it does] +
can give interesting unit combinatios, especialy including HT+DA, harasher version would be 2 but it wold be bad in PvZ
- no more than 3 combat* unit types present at any time (* - having the ability to move and attack).

(Z)Peace Maker+ Show Spoiler +
mildly annoying for the player, fun comebacks possible
- no town hall* buldings placed at main/expanstions spots can be destroyed** (* - CC/Nexus/Hatchery/Lair/Hive)(** - in case of leaving game refusal they could be destroyed as last buldings)

PowerOutage (concept only - it's to hard)
- after issuing order to build a pylon, order that probe to attack it - it's crazy fun vs comp but it's too heavy on minerals vs anybody aside D- or lower

BTW, can our suggested handicaps overlap with those that are already listed? So like if there's already a "No Observers" handicap, can there be a "limited to 1 Observer" handicap?

It's less likely to be picked unless it's really inspired, because either it will be a less severe version of a handicap already there or it will mean that Leg gets it easy if he gets both of them, it's like skipping a handicap.

I suggest it be taken out!

So he can go drops or carriers, keep cannons at his bases for detection, proxy a cannon to have detection out in the field, etc. The only problem will come if he plays a C+ player who is very competent.
