What if let's say you irradiated a drone that is mining gas. Let's say the drone's HP goes right to 1 and just before it is about to die, it enters the extractor. Does the drone die in the extractor or does it come out then die?

Drones don't take any damage from irradiate while inside an extractor, so they will exit and then die.

Nope, only Zerg buildings can be built on creep, regardless of who's creep it is.

How do progamers position their hands when using "bisu/stork" style hotkey setups? Do they press "p" with their thumb while pressing f2-4 with their pinky? Also, how do they press "2" for their scout/corsair?

Haha well I'm sure that there are other protoss players that copy the bisu/stork style hotkey setup, and they can't really play with that setup without knowing how to place their hands...

On PvZ, assuming you scout 3 base spire, responding by going Sair/DT with +1 Sairs.

In which order and general time, having scouted 5 hatch hydra followup, to get the following upgrades:

+1 Air, +1 Ground, Zealot Leg, Storm.

EDIT: Im pretty sure this question has been asked somewhere but i was unable to find it, if an Archon shoots a zergling(any ground unit) does it deal splash damage to a mutalisk(any air unit) that right above it?

^--- Also under it. I'm sure we've all seen the archon attacking a zealot to kill a lurker. You can tell where the lurker is as its at the origin it's attack. Send > attack (if desperate enough). The old days of lurk sneaks seem to be gone but SC it's good to know every tip you can.

got asked to move my question here, hope someone can help

"probably a stupid question so apologies, but on my friends list in sc2 battlenet, some friends show just a name, some show as a name AND when they were last online..... anyone know why? this has been majorly bugging me. its really useful to know when a friend was last online (i.e. if they were on 1min ago i can text them to get them back online!)

I don't think you were asked to move it HERE. This is the BW version of the thread. It's nice that you search, but please double-check.

As for your question. Check who of your friends you got on RealID. I think that's it.

I have a question but it's not that simple, does anyone know why on some maps, in certain locations, where the Vespene Geyser is directly above the CC/Nex/Hatchery, the worker won't take the usual route and instead will kind of go off to the side (SCV emerges from the right hand side of the Refinery but returns gas to left hand side of the CC) whereas usually when the gas is located like this it will take the fastest possible path, going straight. I think it slows down gas intake =/

A map I can think of as an example is Longinus, at 10 o'clock the gas works normally, at 3 it doesn't. I made a quick replay to demonstrate.

Just put 4 workers on gas if you want to be safe, most pro maps nowadays have negligible gas differences anyways. Gas on top doesn't hurt as much as gas on right or gas on bottom, despite what it looks like. Although I don't have any blizzard maps to try this out, maybe, like unit production buildings, they just always come out of the right bottom, which is why it screws up the right and bottom gas positions but not the top and left.

Yeah I was aware that gas to the right or below was less efficient and requires 4 workers, what I was wondering was why 95% of the time a gas above the CC works perfectly but in some maps, at some positions (3 o'clock on Zodiac is another one I recall I think) the SCVs decide to take a different route, I'll try and get some screenshots to illustrate. I just think it's really weird because the physical setup is the exact same in each case but the SCVs act differently.

Okay I did some testing and it turns out they both mine at the same rate, it's only the animation that's different, weird.
