The question should be which players have a reason to look elsewhere:

SoO: Never plays, could look for an opportunity to make one last bang before retirement, but he is a veteran member of STX, so he could stay loyal and stand pat.
Midas: Also has seen a noticeable loss of pt since the start of this season of PL.
Luxury: His move to KT has been bittersweet - he got his MSL title, but he has sucked in just about everything else, in the end there seem to be more bad memories than good since the move, maybe he'll be looking to go back to SPARKYZ a la GGPlay's Stars -> CJ -> Stars transferring?
Rock: I dunno, this guy's personality just screams "Free Agent" to me.

Really, past that I don't see many players making a move. Who knows how much the $$$ will sway players' minds, but I have a feeling that for most of these players they don't have much reason to make a switch - most of them are the faces of their team or are tenured/respected veterans/captains (like (P)

It would be awesome if Midas went to Woongjin. He would finally be able to play some damn PL games and hopefully cause MVP and Piano to improve a bit.

He hasn't done anything since Incruit but he's still one of my favorite Terrans.

That's an interesting way of looking at it, but Midas and Rock have also both been experiencing some pretty bad results recently, so I'm not sure who would take them. I would think most teams have plenty of younger players with similar or greater skill.

Soo recently became the captain of STX, no? In that case he seems an unlikely candidate to make any kind of transfer. Luxury I could see, perhaps a change of environment would help him get his act together again. I'm sure teams still view him as a skilled veteran zerg, which some teams (SKT, eSTRO, Samsung in particular) could probably benefit a lot from.

If Flash went onto the open market right now, there's no telling what kind of money would be thrown at him. It's too bad he's probably too committed to FingerBoom to ever leave that team, even though it's probably terrible for his development as a player.

Ah I forgot SoO was appointed captain a couple of months ago, I thought July was still captain. That definitely changes things.

I really think Midas could be headed elsewhere - until this year he was still regularly making it into the OSL despite not playing in PL, and he narrowly missed qualifying out of the last OSL prelims. I don't know if it's just his awkward personality but it just feels like he doesn't fit into SKT's plans, and he really could do some good for himself and another team with a change of scenery. I'd put him and Luxury as my two picks to switch teams.

I'd like to see Savior leaving CJ and start fresh in a team that gives him more playtime. Look at July, completely crushed by the SKT1 structure, then he felt free in STX and he felt he actually had things to teach to the guys there.

Savior in a smaller structure could help him start it all over ? I'd like that to be honest.

July's situation when he was on SK T1 is really nothing like sAviOr's right now. sAviOr has spent his entire career with CJ, whereas July was traded to SK T1, and put under immense pressure to perform.

His situation really is more akin to NaDa, who saw Mind step up as the terran to take the majority of the PL load on his shoulders, just like EffOrt/Kwanro have. NaDa's role has worked out very well imo, and I'd love to see sAviOr take that kind of a role on CJ.

Looking at that list, the only likely good players that may change address are the terrans.

I'm curious to see what Samsung does. I can't imagine Stork leaving given his history with the team. Otherwise, I can't imagine the team spending big bucks either. They always build from within. So I think it's unlikely they'll try to nab a top player. But if they do, I'm personally hoping for a good terran like Hwasin or Canata. Right now they only have Miracle as a terran to count on, given that FBH has been sucking for a long time now.
