The Best Of The Best Tour is a series of matches pitting 4 for the Top players of their respect races in the Foreign Brood War Scene against each other in a Round robin Bo5 format. Put together by Ox of Think Quick who are putting together the best and most consistent showmatch content in Foreign Brood War right now and backed by Rus_Brain who has put down 3,500$ via his Esports Fund, You do not want to sleep on this.

Bonyth vs
Voddy
Week 1 Day 1 started with a series between Bonyth and Voddy, played live for our viewing pleasure. Bonyth needs no introduction. Voddy, for anyone who hasn’t been following the foreign scene closely, is a Swedish Terran powerhouse who has been showing great results in tQ showmatches, BSL, and in weekly team league series as a member of iRk.

Game 3 is definitely the must-see standout of the series. Game 4 is also worth watching from the 8:30 mark to see + Show Spoiler +
some beautiful Bonyth Reaver deconstruction of a Terran base
Dewalt vs
Stryker
The second series of the day was Dewalt vs. Stryker. Presumably, Ox set out to immediately silence any doubts about his commitment to bringing us the best of foreign Starcraft by opening the tour with Bonyth and Dewalt as back-to-back headliners. Stryker is an American Zerg player who is known for his strong results in tQ showmatches, Rogues Gallery events, and other US-based tournaments, as well as his work in Jaeyun's talk show series.

Dandy vs
Sizky
Following Bonyth and Dewalt, the third series of the day featured Dandy, the BSL4 champion and RCG2020 runner-up who knocked out Bonyth in the semi-finals, is arguably the strongest Terran outside of Korea right now (an exception for Terror may apply). Dandy was up against Hungarian Zerg powerhouse Sziky, who has recently shown some amazing results in tQ showmatches and is currently crushing the BSL ladder.

Game 1 was a fun one – a bit scrappy but also very entertaining – and is my pick for game of the series.
Dandy vs
Dragon
Week 1 Day 2 started with Dandy (who frankly needs no introduction, but see above for one anyway) vs. Dragon, Canadian Protoss and BSL regular. I don't think Dragon has been as active lately but he's still an extremely formidable opponent and, at the time of writing, is S rank on the BSL ladder.

Game 1 is my must-watch recommendation from this series because the winner displayed some remarkable, next-level, galaxy brain play that blew our collective minds.

If you’re pressed for time and can’t watch the full series, I recommend checking out Game 3 on Eclipse.
Oya vs
Trutcz
Ox closed out the week by giving us Oya vs. Trutacz. Oya has been posting some extremely strong results lately, with big wins over big name opponents in both BSL and RCG. He's also currently in second place on the BSL ladder, boasting a mind-blowing 2503 MMR. Trutacz hasn't been as active this year as some of the other players in this tournament, but his reputation as one of the best non-Korean Zergs precedes him. He's also risen quickly in the BSL ladder, earning an impressive 2401 MMR which places him above almost everyone in the non-Korean scene.

Game 5 is my pick for the game of the series because it was absolutely nuts and I’m sure that you haven’t seen another game like it in a while.
Conclusion
You can watch the official stream here. Tune in next Friday and Saturday, which is when we'll be treated to Oya vs. Terror and Dewalt vs. Trutacz, as well as other exciting match-ups.
You should also consider subscribing to support the event. All of the money goes directly to the players; none is being kept for administrative or other operational costs. All subscribers will get access to replays from the event, and you really won't find any finer replays outside of Korea.
I was going to pick a single highlight of the week to end this recap with, but I couldn't decide between these two phenomenal games, so I invite you to watch both of them!
