gyp and nyoken could commentate every match without them? and everytime they play zzzero and/or other casters jump in?
It would be a shame if they both qualified and couldnt participate due to being the caster team - but i obv dont know what they talked about beforehand with zzzero

yeah I guess they can both play and commentate.. Would be good to get someone else to comment when gyp and Nyoken would not be availible, because both observing and commentating at the same time would be really taxing.
Anyways.. can't wait for the tournament to start already!
Honestly this whole ladder has been a shitshow, everyone has multiple accounts, constantly deleting and remaking accounts, etc. When are we finally going to transition away from ladder qualifiers? This isn't even mentioning the blatant mmr inflation of most regions.

Yeah, well.. it was a bit of a mess I agree, but mainly because of the ladder reset to be honest.
best idea would be to split it between ladder and tournament qualification modes, just imo
get rid of the ladder tournaments and do qualification tournaments in their place (no need for additional time spent)
if 20 players get in next season (4 from last season in ro16 and 4 from gosu in ro24 seeded) then just do it like this - 12 people get in via ladder stage and 8 people get in via tournaments (4 tournaments, top 2 get in, double elim bo3)
but it probably won't ever happen so.. Anyways, who's in? do we have the final list yet?
