the rep with highest APM i saw is: G.s)Kyo vs SiDe on Forte where kyo fails his bunker rush but win the game after all.

so Kyo got 531 average APM with 72% hotkey usage.... Side got like 400..

other games with crazy apm by kyo are the four games vs ToT)Selector on Gaia.recommender games for all terran users who have difficulties playing tvsp on Gaia

I knew the only way to get APMs in the 4 digits was to just hold down or mass spam hotkeys, but I thought these APMs being posted up would be more legit, thus I asked for a replay.

comeon...There is no legit APM, they are all spamming.

Looking at over 6 years of replays - my apm is an average of 125.. all games ive saved.. alot.
And im a horribly hotkey user.. 3-6% somewhere each game. Peak at around 500 it looks like, "in the zone"..
But seriusly holding a 250+ average over an entire game WITHOUT spamming is something i just dont belive

dang...how do they have such high apm...it's so crazy

hmm...was wondering if anyone had any idea where i could obtain apm analysis on a macintosh? i know i know...i have a mac...but i've looked everywhere, and i couldn't find a third party apm helper.

Easily. Progamers, especially Terrans need it to do all their actions. You barely use hotkeys, so I don't think you can tell how useful they are. Have you seen Nada vs Savior game 2 // any first person VOD of a Terran? I think that will be the best answer for you instead of any text trying to convince you otherwise.

As for lowest APM terrans, I think Savior is definitely among them, I saw the first person VOD of his game on Arkanoid, and it shocked me how he was on the slowish side... The fact that he can win consistently is a testament to his knowledge of timing / Terran contingency plans as he can expect them and prepare adequately for them.

Well, SaviOr in his reppack has around 220, (those unbelievable games vs Reach and NaDa where the latter two were owned like babies) which is considered fairly low for a progamer.

Anyway, while I can do like 700 APM with pure spam, I don't think it's really worth it for a toss or zerg to get over 250. Terrans could be played perfectly at around 300, me guesses.
