They can't move anywhere else or so it seems based on what was said in the first post. If this is the case, you should always be able to morph the egg in the right place.
Cool move of course.

I probably should have translated everything he said. Here's the full version (of that 1 question only though)
-(To YellOw)You mined both of your gas from your base. *Vampire has 2 gases next to ur Hatch YellOw - It was a defensive strategy. GooDFriend was to wall and tech to goliaths, and I was to go straight into Mutalisks. The weakness of that strat is that the zerg can get dangerous at the beginning, so I solved it with a hatchery at the front. If ShinHwa was going to attack with zerglings I was to block it by morphing a larva. During practice I accidentally blocked my entrance with a larva and my zerglings weren't able to get out. I use that to my advantage.
This means he learned the placement that would make the larva come out one way. If you notice in the clip, his hatchery had already morphed 2 larvas, but a third was still unmorphed, wiggling around in that aread. And when the zerglings came, it morphed. The fact that he simulated the situation again in a game, and even formulated a strategy based on that concept, means he obviously had done it intentionally.

I hate how the pros get all the credit for this kind of stuff. I have done this before many times in the clutch with Hatcheries or Hydralisks morphing into Lurkers. Besides its not very effective because the wall is non-controllable; in the fact that you cant stop it and start it whenever you want because you only have the time it takes the unit to morph and once hes morphed or cancelled the larva is no longer there.
PS- He should've made an overlord it takes much longer, unless he didnt have 50 more minerals to do so.

I think i missed where yellow took credit for blocking with a larvae?
he just said that he discovered a way to do it on this map, it was genius. Quit hating on the guy.

He's still one of the very smartest. Pretty much the only reason why he's still around actually.

Something cool was done in a large scale match. Not something common. People appreciated it, etc. Example, in pimpest plays when the guy morphed a DA to get his DT inside the base im sure its been done before then or someone had the idea but that game got noticed as this one did. Same thing here.
