Well, for a few select players and teams (anyone left in the OSL and their practice partners), I would imagine they're focusing on Brood War more than ever. The other teams are probably like 90% SC2, 10% BW. It seems like most of them are just coasting on their years of practice to get them through this horrid season. | ||

Some of you may think it's great to have BW in Proleague because it's sad that BW is coming to an end so you take all the BW you can get, but I just think it's sad that BW will end with a shit standard of games in Proleague where SC2 has the bigger impact of the outcome anyway. If the ace was BW then yeah, maybe it would have been different but as of right now when the future is sc2 and the ace is sc2 it's just painful to watch. | ||

Still wonder how the fuck playoffs are going to work with this format. If they decide that you can choose freely then the bw games may be good as people will dedicate solely to one for a brief time. Otherwise shit like the semifinals will be a battle of "let's gear it to the best possible finals lineup" instead of "who is a better team". Plus the first place team would have such a huge fucking advantage in preparation. I'd shoot someone's cat if bw in the grand finals is only 2 sets. | ||

For Kespa to keep BW for this season only would had been a excellent choice. If they fully switched to SC2 and had some ending cermony for SC:BW would had been nice as well. To keep this hybrid is terrible though and will produce nothing but horrible gameplay. =( | ||
