I have been blessed with the unique oppurtunity to contribute my experience and sense of morality into such a situation. I have witnessed and spectated a wide array of abuse and ill-manner throughout my gaming career, each of which are being taken into consideration with my decision today. Take the time to appreciate that the means of my conclusion originate from a rich set of sources.
I created this ladder for my own purposes, my own time and effort was poured into it to ensure it was carried out as legitimately and accurately as possible. This gives me the right to make any decision that I see just. However, it was not a decision I came to lightly and in the process my book of manner lost a few pages and had a few more re-written.
My judgement will not be justified with paragraphs of rationalization except the 1 simple fact that supersedes any logic that has been or could be presented regarding this matter - it is my decision to make.
The current top 32 will remain as is.

If Venice is so good, why he is the 32nd or 33rd, he got 108 wins and 133 loses. I think that the decission is OK !. Assem is a fucking BM but his stats are further better. Sorry
