ihatett, the only reason you're curious about it is probably the fact that you're too lazy to decorate ;_;

Anyway, I do feel the widened choke is important. One of the initial things that bugged me about the map was seriously the fact that it was annoying to get people through.

Regardless of the playability, Char maps suck because its so hard to see the landscape on the minimap. Other than that it looks good.

If you have trouble seeing it on the minimap change your monitor settings.

I have seen things that must have taken a very long time to decorate in some maps (like very thick broken cliffs) and I was just wondering if they actually use staredit. That is all that I use.
I love Protoss because it is tough and straight. Protoss is the race for men.

I think Mani mentioned in his commentary on MMI that the spaces above the top island and below the bottom one seem sort of like wasted space... Is there anything that can be done about that?

everyone thinks LT is fine and it wastes a ton of space, and that's for 4 players. 2 player maps need to waste a lot of space.

There is no difference between maps with 2 start locations and maps with 4, because both are played with 2 players.

I think he was saying that that space is useless, so it shouldn't be walkable terrain.

nah, I rekon the random toggle of spawning location in a 4 players map would influence the stratey in someway... for example, 6/9 LT is great for wraith and drops, and 12/3 LT is great for zealot pressure ect.

Not if they are asymmetrical plus there is those extra 2 spots you have to scout.
