CJ's sAviOr Ma Jae Yoon will not retire, contrary to popular speculation.
sAviOr did not participate in the re-education seminar due to personal reasons.
He did not appear in the 2010 First-Half Progamer Re-education Seminar at the Korean Cyber University. Confirmed report states that he is not in CJ's b-team house, and is resting at home.
sAviOr was relegated to CJ's b-team on Febuary 24th, due to worsen level of perfomance in the SPL and individual leagues. He was excused from the team house on the 27th, and therefore missing the seminar on the 29th.
CJ's manager Cho Gyu Nam said, "He will attend the make-up session, and will not be retiring."
Whew, that was scary... Hopefully he'll confirm these news himself but if the CJ head coach is stating that savior isn't going to retire I'm more than relieved.
Should you people really be cheering for his prolonged agony? He can't get out of preliminaries, and his own team sees him as a liability. This is getting sad.
savior is a player who would transition to SC2 so well since he has the understanding, creativity and vision but lacks the 500 apm that is needed to play BW at the top these days.
Awesome. I don't have any unrealistic hopes from our Maestro, but I am always happy to see the old hands, whether it be in special matches or just on the bench.

I am gonna agree with you on this. SC2 is far far easier than BW. Modern Broodwar is way too mechanically demanding.
it must be annoying to play brood war at pro level when you have health problem, his results are probably related to that. Ok it could be an excuse, but see Bisu, he's just a bit tired and see where he is now. Nada had to get surgery eye, and he's far now.
as long as savIOr comes back and starts playign well i will be his fan butt ig he keeps skrewing up then i think id better just be a flash fan or sym 1 like dat. id be a jaedong fan becuz he is good but recently he had the emiritis, so i don't know about that, or bisu's paid vacation. as long as sum1 is on top i have someone to follow
so some on savior be #1 again so i can be your fan again.
His hair is not epic now. -___- I used to love savior's hair.... like the 2008 osl intro where he does the reverse hug thing and the lights shoot out of his chest to the tune of "Great Escape."

sAviOr will Always be my favorite pro GameR, regardless of is he is slumping or retires, he is the reason I started playing and watching starcraft, I used to think BoxeR fans and the like were silly because I was not around to experience them when they were at their peak but now I understand what these players Really mean to them, then were the best and will Always be so in the eyes of True fans.

You guys shouldn't take this as hundred percent fact, CJ may just be trying to save face and protect their star player. I'm sure there's going to be more sources talking about it if it turns out Savior was not involved at all.
Unless CJ means by him not retiring that he will be their first player in the Seodaemun Prison Starleague.

lol was this intentional?
I was thinking the same thing. I think he just TLPD-ized the post at the end. :D
i don't tihnk savior will every come back to the top.... theres this thing called jaedong, and he rapes at zvz. and theres this guy called flash, the next terran bonjwa(hopefully) since nada
Jokes aside, even though he cheated he was and still is a amazing Starcraft player. I won't let something as stupid as this scandal deterr me from eSports
