I dunno man... Those are a LOT of games. The big thing is the console. If you're out of warranty then you're looking at another hundred bucks (ish). Another thing is the hard drive. If you plan on playing a lot anything less than 50 gigs is useless.
I'd say with a working console or a guarantee that Xbox will fix the console it's a good deal. However, if you have all of those games and no console not worth it.

I guess it would depend on the size of the hard drive, and if there are any arcade games on it. And how much you actually want the games listed.
Some of them can still run $20-30 used in a store like GameStop. Whereas others you could find dirt cheap. If you were to buy all the games, used, I'd say it would probably cost $150, give or take. Though, I couldn't be sure.
New wireless controller is $40-50, I think. Headphones aren't expensive, and I think you can still buy the live starter kit with one. Not sure how much they've been priced recently, but the hard drives were anywhere from $60-150, depending on size, when they first started selling them separately.
It could be a good deal if you can't do anything with the 360 - you could buy an Arcade machine for $200. It would really depend on how much you want all the games listed, and how much they sell for where you are.
You could also see how much it would cost to repair it.
Though I'd still see if you could get him to lower it to $200 or so.

Those games are worth 200 but if you aren't going to play them, then they are sorta worth 0. I suggest looking at amazon real quick to see how much the ones you are actually interested in cost. The rest of the stuff is worth about 100 so yeah, if you want all of that and are prepared to pay even more for the xbox to get fixed then it is a good deal.

GAMES:
grand theft auto IV mass effect halo 3 cod 2 cod 4 modern warfare Rainbow 6 vegas gears of war gears of war 2 need for speed most wanted need for speed carbon halo (xbox) halo 2 (xbox) grand theft auto san andreas (xbox)
I want to keep halo 3 and cod4 if you already have them
I'm asking $250 for everything
I think $250 is high, especially since the xbox is broken, but what would you guys say all that is worth? Also, I know they stopped doing free/easy repairs for the RROD's lately on xbox, will it cost money to repair now, assuming it's not out of warranty? thanks for the advice guys
GTA 4 = $35 mass effecct = $20 halo 3 = $37 Cod 2 = $23 cod 4 = $37 rainbow six vegas = $19 GOW = $27 GOW2 = $30 NFS Carbon = $25 NFS Most wanted = $64 halo = $10 halo 2 = $20 GTA San andreas = $5 whole 360 package = $184 (used)
Worth it! Even if you do have to pay some money to get it fixed.

I actually already own an xbox 360, but it's basically my brother's and I was thinking of putting this one in my room for the next year until i leave for college, then selling it with all the games.
I have all the halo games, cod4, rainbow 6, and gears of war, but thats about it.
I'm fine with giving him the games he wanted to keep, and then I can sell the 2-3 that I already own and play the others. I'm thinking of giving him the $250 if i can get it repaired for free, but if I have to pay like shipping and whatnot on repairing the thing I'll offer $220. If it's $100 or w/e to repair i'll factor that into the deal somehow.

Man, a brand new 60gb xbox360 is only $300.
Honestly, it is better to shell out the extra $50-$75 and get a new console that you don't have to worry about fixing or it breaking in a few months.
Also, just go to EB Games or best buy and buy 2-3 games that you will play the most instead of buying 10 games that aren't even worth that much anymore.

No street fighter IV = not worth it.

Worth it, you can look up a guide on fixing RRODs then do it yourself and save a bunch of money. I would definitely do it myself.

Not worth it, half the games are outdated and cheap buys -- and I doubt you'll find more then 3 of them to be very entertaining.
and a broken console 0_O -- geez
if your looking to get a console, wait for holiday season price drops.
