have you ever tried playing a mouse-only game?
during my 1st ever mouse-only game just now, i frequently had the urge to use the keyboard, but i resisted and kept on playing.
i ended up getting 125 APM in this 21 min long game.
i was zerg and my korean pub opponent was terran.
he was terrible, but man, it was still challenging against a chobo.
after the game, my right hand fingers feel very tired. they were pretty tensed up during the game.
i now feel like i can own up so easily with both hands. man, it was an interesting experience, and i think you should try it out with either ur main or off-race, whichever you feel like.

after watching the rep, i can't really tell if i didn't use the keyboard at all. hah anyway, i'd like to see you win a game with mouse-only.

I was once forced to play a mouse only game because my keyboard randomly stopped working, I won the game but damn it was a hassle.

it's very challenging even against n00bs, but it feels good to win with mouse-only lol
it'd definitely create some stupid and yet interesting games hah

When I'm in a slump, I challenge myself into a mouse only game, after I win, I go and skyrocket up the iccup ladder w/ keyboards this time.

Fastest I ever got whenever I messed around like that was like 70 or 80...
Micro'ing isnt even all that bad...it's multitasking and macro that are impossible.

I tried using a touchpad AND keyboard and I could only get like 100 apm. I couldn't possibly move or do anything faster

I use this all the time as a handicap vs noob players that want to RE or whatever. Sometime I'll give them vision instead or in addition to it. And yea about 125 apm
I remeber me and ash.sonic played 1v1 Bloodbath at a SoCal LAN with mouse only.
Trick I use to make sure I don't use my left hand is to put it behind my lower back and sit on it.

I think it would be funner and harder to play opposite handed. Like move your mouse to the otherside of the keyboard.
Would mess up hand position, hotkeys and you would fumble and screw up so much as opposed to just being slow

I'm sorry but I cannot take up on this challenge. I been using a pc close to 15 years now and my wrist would hate me if i tried it. Matter of fact when I started to play the game on a daily basis in 99 I always played without the keyboard. I remember I would click patrol and send my units toward that area. I believe for 6 months I had to play that way. Soon after playing so long the "A" key was a great friend.

I did a TvP and did BBS and won mouse only. Was fun. My opponent knew I was doing mouse only too. He was a WC3 player who thought he could beat me easily. =p

ive used touchpad vs someone before, and won 3-1. it wasnt hard but all you can really do is mass one unit lol.

Yea I beat haji in this. I've done it a lot. Muta harass becomes useless because if you ever select anything else, you need to fly the mutas back to an ovie to regroup them
