So on the weekend when iCCup started, i mass gamed, and got #1. That was all it was pertaining to, and when i lost the placing, i don't think i really "bragged" about it thereafter, if i have at all.

I dunno about the bragging but there's nothing wrong with taking pride at having the #1 spot ^^.
And also about "noobbashing," maybe you were, maybe you weren't, considering it's the start of the season those "D" rank players you are playing could all be A++++ rank fuck knows lol. so the quality of "D" rank player you were "bashing" could actually be pretty good

obviously some people did care, because the vast majority of replies on his blog were not flames.

He obviously knows hes not playing "top players" and every1 who looks at his match list knows that...its not like hes trying to hide it... he was just excited he was #1 for a while. Who wouldn't be? By the way, it's true that there's no rule against playing D players. But then again, is there a rule against calling someone a newb basher when he is? Then you make an excuse about how you had no other players, but your recent match history shows you still playing D. And then all he does is PM you back to point out that fact. Anyway, that's what I got from it based on the information here. Feel free to inform me if I'm missing something and I'll gladly apologize.

-Actually in the beginning of the season i was the highest rank, so i had to play people lower than me, and since all the pros and A-B , etc. people were climbing the ladder, some of them were actually pretty good.

I just host a game "1;1 motw" and i couldn't care less who joined, D, or C, as long as i got a game

Thanks for the benefit of the doubt, i just made this blog spot in the sheer irony of helping Xeris achieve his goal, so this "argument" would be over sooner. O_o I don't mind being labeled as a newb, I welcome it, but it tends to get tiresome when people incoherently repeat it (Xeris), on the same blog spot, making me wonder if they'd ever understood the original blog.

I'm not going to read all of what was posted here or in your other blog. All I am going to say is that if you actually bragged or casually boasted about being the number one in the USA, then you most likely deserve what your getting. Newb bashing is against any rules, but you shouldn't boast about any position your in when you didn't truly reach it.
If your D, you play D. The ladder recognises that your better than the majority of D players and moves you up to D+. This lets you get better competition and leaves the D's to fight other D's, making it fair. If you continue to play D's, your defeating the whole purpose of ranking up. You may as well stay a D then.
If you didn't boast in any way, than disregard the whole statement above.
