Everyone enjoyed blizzard games soundtracks, at least in the older games. Hearthstone even uses Warcraft 2 soundtrack now.

Awesome, thanks! Older video games had more creative and enjoyable music in my opinion. Makes me so nostalgic to hear all these again.

I play the BW soundtrack while I ladder in SC2 because it's so much better. I really really really miss being able to change the SC2 voices and music to BW, or KR even.

Also, Diablo II "Wilderness" is absolutely amazing. Probably my favourite piece from that game.

I guess all people will hate me now but I think that the World of Warcraft vanilla sound tracks are so bloody awesome. So well made, produced and simply amazing. I guess it all has to do with what memories you hav with the games as well. I did not really play BW until a few years ago to prepare for SC2 and that didnt really had the time for me to enjoy those tones.

With WoW being a good 4-5 years together with my best IRL friends it really just breaks me up hearing those tracks again. I often listen to em while writing for the team or just relaxing.

I actually agree with you. The Thunder Bluff and Mulgore tracks are really good.

Nice post. Why exclude, my personal favourite, Warcraft II OST?
That reminds me of learning this piece on piano... so good...
I then got inspired to rewrite some other pieces for piano myself, sadly I never finished any of it. T_T

Why would anyone hate you? Of course WoW vanilla was god-tier.
This was back when Jason Hayes still worked with blizzard.

The Tristram theme is still the best piece of work to ever be included in a PC game. This song describes everything Diablo is about. It alone makes me sometimes consider Diablo to be the best ~~ARP~~G to ever be made. Nothing afterwards ever came close to the atmosphere of D1.

To guys asking for other games: i put here what is available in their classic games music player. There's no warcraft at all for some reason.
