EPTFirst of all, Quantic like every organizations had its ups and downs. One thing however, that is a huge up is there was a TON of heart and soul put into Quantic. Everyone here, owners, players, staff, all did their part to try to make this the best thing we possibly could. I wasn't around Quantic in its earlier days, but if you look at what it once was to what it became, it's pretty extraordinary. When you have several people that put their heart and soul into an organization, there is conflict at times. I think that's standard when you have a lot of people that truly care about something. The best example I can give is that as a married man, I care about nothing more than my wife. That being said, because I love her so much she is the 1 person in the world that can control my emotions. Quantic was the same way, there was a lot of passion put into everything we did.
Second of all I want to squash some of the stuff that's going around thats not really true. Some are saying that the investors simply pulled out. From my perspective, and everything that I have seen, all 3 of Quantics owners are still doing their best to help everyone involved. They are for me personally assisting me in this transition. This will be the same and stand for everyone in Quantic, not just me. Its harder on some people than others for sure, but no one is just being left behind in the dark.
When I came to Quantic I was presented with a very complex problem in E Sports with the goal of fixing it. The problem was: Here is what we spend, here is what we bring in. Fix it. We did make some strides in the right direction, but all in all with the time I was given, I couldn't help address the issue 100 percent. From my perspective this is why Quantic is no more, you can't give away money with no return forever. Its not fair to expect someone to either.

I have learned a great deal from all 3 of you since I have been here. I have learned, very different things from each of you as well. For that I can't thank you enough, I have grown as a person, and as a professional in my time here. Thank you so much for the opportunity you gave me, and for your continued support in this transition. I am forever grateful.
To my co workers:
You all put so much into this, and helped me a ton since I came. You always met deadlines, and got things to me when I needed them to be accomplished. I would highly recommend many of you. I hope you all find new homes very quickly, as you deserve it.
To the players:
You guys are all so unique in so many ways. I have lived with many of you and shared a ton of ups and downs. I am sure you will all find what is best in your path very soon. Keep up the good work, go where your heart tells you, and continue to follow your dreams. You are all very special and I have memories with all of you that won't be forgotten. Heck I still live with some of you, so I guess will still be seeing each other on the regular! :D

Forgive the typos, I wrote this on a short note and didn't proof read the whole thing. Expect to hear more from Quantic soon in terms of a real formal announcement. Don't pay attention to any rumors until then, give them some time. This is a very difficult day for all of us.
