Good afternoon, TL. Today I would like you to imagine a little something for me.
Picture yourself. It has snowed heavily and the roads are blocked, but you are warm and snug at home. However you feel like getting a little warmer, so you go to make yourself a nice mug of hot chocolate. You make it from scratch, with milk, and manage to do so without spilling any or burning yourself, which makes you very happy. You take a sip and it's just the right temperature; it doesn't burn your tongue or the roof of your mouth.
Then you realize that you are a little hungry, and the forgotten candy apples on the counter catch your eye. You think that now is as good a time as ever to have one, so you pull one out of the package. You are pleased that the stick is firmly inside the apple so it doesn't slide around and make a mess. You manage to unwrap the apple without getting sticky.
Then you think the best thing would be to go to your room, curl up in bed with your snack and some blankets so that you are nice and cozy, and read a book to pass the time. You get settled down all snug and warm, take another sip of your hot chocolate and finally bite into the candy apple, anticipating the lovely fresh crispness mixed with the soft sweetness of the caramel.
Only to find that's not what you get at all.
Only to find that this particular apple is ROTTEN!!!!!!!
...Now you know how I feel.

Candy Apple (I would call this the most plain variation)
Basically candy apple is apple + syrup (+ candy or nuts) with a stick stuck in it so you don't get sticky (or try your best not to)

I love the responses to this blog XD. You had a very nice writing style. I was imagining myself all warm and cozy, I was really happy for a moment. Then I imagined the rotten apple, ruining the moment.
But its not even that bad. Just rinse your mouth with water, go downstairs, get some other sweet treat in your fridge, and then you can shake it all off and enjoy tasty hot chocolate and that other treat, in your soft, cozy bed, all wrapped up in your nice warm covers :DDD (reading a book).

Really you are a bored individual. Also candied apples are hella hard to eat anyway, so, in my opinion, not much loss there.
Just eat the candy part by licking the apple and then throw it away at least.
