If we're counting SC2 Desrow has a flash number of 1. I'm imagining almost everyone who has beaten InControl plays at a high enough level to have taken a game from Desrow too. Most people's numbers are probably at least 1 lower than they calculated.

At first I thought my Flash number is a 4. But it turns out it is a 2.
Edit: probably a lot of people have a better Flash number than they think. It's not like JD is the only person to have beaten Flash and it's not like incontrol is the only person to have beaten JD. It might get a little harder if we only count the time since Flash went on his massive win streak (starting late 2009), but even then probably not as bad as people are thinking.

You could also have a good Flash number in more recent games. A lot of Koreans do play in small daily EU/NA tournaments and play EU/NA ladder before that to get used to the latency. And those players probably also beat Flash in the Korean ladder.
I think a lot of EU/NA grand master or high master players have a Flash number of 2.

It's better to have a number in bw, not because I'm dissing SC2, but because Flash was the best in BW, not sc2.
