Yeah well don't fill your head with such possibilities just because they feel good, it's not very wise. You're quick to deny the very real possibility that she cheated on you, which seems likely seeing how you're supposed to be sterile, and yet you're messing around with the idea that a dog is reincarnating in your apparently not-so-serious girlfriend in order to give you what borders on a teenage pregnancy, and by extension kind of screws up your life tbh.
If you'll dick around in the world of wacky "possibilities", maybe your gf will give birth to a unicorn or a very intricate piece of furniture. I don't know if you intend to be a dad, but if you do, get your shit together.
