Read the first blog for that. @ Gheed: I would like to see you make a single unit, and try to use that one unit only to defeat your bronze opponent. Think they could take it? Start at tier 3 and work your way down to whatever tier they are able to hold off.

I just have one question. For worker rushes, how much micro do you use? Because worker rushes are the perfect way to test bronze league, it is a gimmicky strategy that can be foiled by 3 button presses, select workers, a, and move. But as I assume you are a fairly experienced player, how much worker micro do you use? because even if worker rushing would never worlk on a player of equal skill, a bronzie just simply a clicking as you fought from a better angle, retreated low health workers, kited as you regenerated shields and etc, I feel like it woulnd't be hard to see a worker rush fail on a person aware of attack move if they got badly outmicroed.

I'm 22, been a gamer all my life, very well educated (at least everyone else thinks I'm smart) and I love watching Starcraft 2. I devour streams, watch tournaments whenever they're on. I used to play terran and I'm thinking about switching to zerg. I have a decent starcraft knowledge base, I know unit counters and how to stop cheese but I, after a moment of self reflection due to your claims, recognize that I fail to win games because I don't scout nearly enough and I truly fear the fog of war. In most games I lose turtled up in my natural. If I win a game, its because of cloaked banshee harass that shows up usually around 9 minutes. I know that I suck. I know that terran isn't UP and that any boosts would negligibly affect my win rate. I am getting better, albiet slowly, but time and frustration prevent me from playing enough games. I have 4-6 hours that I spend on the computer each day where I could play SC2 I choose to watch others play or others commentate. For me, its more fun to watch with an Eagle Eye view two amazing players pushing the very limits of SC2 theory than to dick around trying to emulate their greatness. I guess the greatest comparison would be I agressively follow football, track stats and know in depth both defensive strategies. I know what a linebacker looks like when he's going to blitz and I see the little adjustments made by the offensive line and wide receivers to react accordingly. I see things before the commentators do and even sometimes correctly call penalties before the ref even throws the flag. But strap on shoulderpads and a cheap plastic helmet and I would be shitting my pants. I tried playing football in HS and let me tell you it fucking sucks. When you suck at something with no real motivation for improvement, aka I will never be paid to play football or SC2, but there is this great alternative for your time (watching the pros do it), it just makes more sense to not care and not devote necessary amounts of time to improving my play. I will continue to watch SC2 because its entertaining and I am a scholar of the game and its mechanics, but in game I become paralyzed with indecision and fear, almost like a young Steven Hawking trying out for the Giants. TL:DR Go fuck yourself and read the post.
