With a couple of friends help I've made a simple php+sql stream status monitor.
You can see it action on Starcraft II Hungary. At the moment it only works with Justin.tv streams, but we also created an overall status (if any of the streams are online) at the top-right corner of the website.
Basically, it's get the online status from JTV API for every streams, every 15 minutes and then it's put an online value (0 or 1) in an SQL table. The code on the frontend just query the status from the SQL.
If any of you intrested in it, I'll continue develop to get it work with other stream providers and sometime I release it.
