So last night i was figuring out a new dvd program i got and I got to thinking. What if i put the past osl finals on dvd and did a bunch of bw dvd's to have for fun or when i just want to kick up the heels and relax, while watching my old school crt tv.
So i got to work and downloaded the osl finals as well as the round or 16 matches for the abc msl.
Both worked wonderfully, and I will now work on cases for them.
Its kinda cool though, having bw on dvd. Maybe i will try gsl soon, as well as msl and proleague. Maybe i'll even get a few dailies on dvd, as well as some of the gom avertac season matches on there. Make a few "greatest matches" as well.
Has anyone done stuff like this before, did you auctally use it often?
as well. Any match or league suggestions. of course i'll try and put most of the finals on dvd, but any really good matches I should just throw on dvd to make a 3-4 hour complitation.

Haha, that's a pretty cool idea. I realize I wouldn't get any use out of doing the same because in my apartment, my computer is my TV. But that would be cool to bring some BW DVDs when I visit the parents some weekends.
I would definitely have TSL 1 and 2 matches on there. Nony v Idra, JF reavers, anything White-Ra...
I'm liking it.

DVD are really cheap too, so it's not even that expensive a habit to get in to. I'm going to consider this now

the good thing is though, with the right converter. you can play it on tv's as well. it won't work if you just copy and paste onto the dvd, like you do with a cd. but with the right program, it works so well.
might write a small guide on this

I just put it on a flash drive and plug it into the plasma, or play from the pc. but DVDs, ye I could do that for collecting great games.

I used to have the OGN channel on my satellite, it was great while it lasted. But the VODs from the TL tracker arent the best of quality to view on a large LCD or plasma television. :/

I watch pretty much all StarCraft on the TV, but I just hook my laptop up to it.
Well, that or I watch it off a PMP. But almost never off the computer, unless I am watching with someone over the internet.
