You should take to thought what I posted on the first page before writing a letter. Determining what kind of crime that was committed will help you decide if its a good idea or not. After all you don't want to tick off a possible murderer. He could feel threatened if the victim was close to you. If it involves you, contacting a lawyer and not writing the letter would be the best course of action. | ||
