IMNesTea
Player Grade: 79.66
NesTea dominated this group, winning 2 matches in a row, garnering him the top spot. Each match showcased his skill, and why he was season 2 champion. I recommend watching Game 3 of the round robin.
TheBest[fOu]
Player Grade: 62.71
TheBest got really lucky in his tvt, cheesing maka out of a win. Then, loosing to PoltPrime in a rather short game, and beating him again in his ace match, in a rather back and forth game. The tvt’s played by this guy were seriously over quickly. It really shows you how far behind tvt is on the Korean server, compared to the amazing terran foreigners. I recommend the last game of the set if you want to see him play.

IMMVP
Player Grade: 72.34
MVP showed how solid his terran was, going 3-0 in this group. Its kinda sad that his games didn’t last that long, because we saw that he had a very long game plan. Because of this, his rating really suffered. I think he will at least go to the round of 8. If you want his best game, its easily his game against zenio, game 5.
oGsZenio
Player Grade: 66.14
Zenio played in a bunch of zvz’s, and completely owned all of his opponents. The only game he lost was to MVP, a game played to decide seeding for the next set of groups. Zenio pretty much has had the best zvz, hands down, for a while now. Not sure about his other matches though.

SlayerS-BoxeR
Player Grade: 86.68
Boxer game, and destroyed hyperdub, in game 2. This is by far the best tvt the GSL has seen, and pretty much showcased the end-game strategy of tvt for one of the first times in Korea. While this strategy has existed for a while, its nice to see it finally making its way into the pro scene. Although, I feel boxer could have sacrificed his scv’s a lot sooner then he did, it was still a great game.
oGsHyperdub
Player Grade:67.63
Hyperdub played some-what solid builds. He has moved away from cheesing a lot, to become a very solid player. Deserving of the second spot in his group. It is good to note, that his macro did fall behind substantially mid-game, and was behind by 10 scv’s and 1 base against boxer. May be something to work on Hyperdub!
Group D (Recommended Games: 1,2)

choya[fOu]
Player Grade: 62.33
Choya learned how to cheese. His games featured a lot of all-ins and mistakes by his opponents, and some how he managed to land the top spot. I recommend watching game 1, a game where he looses, but at least its makes it past 2 base.
TSL_Trickster
Player Grade: 60.5
Trickster, aka “tester” from Beta, showed us he has what it takes to make it in code S. After being knocked out of GSL qualifiers (twice!), he comes back with some of the most creative and solid play, seen out of many of the Korean protoss players. Unfortunately for him, he lost a short game against choya. But he is a nerd baller super hero, so we will see him back on top. I recommend game 2.
Group E (Recommended Games: 1,5)

NsPGenius
Player Grade: 70.41
Talk about a complete steamroll. This is what Genius did to his group. Going 3-0, hopefully he has patched up his colossus heavy mid game, which is his greatest weakness. There is no lack of pretty much anything, except perhaps strategy. I recommend game 5, Genius vs Rainbow.
ST_Rainbow
Player Grade: 62.59
Rainbow finally changed his name back (thank god), and showed that he is made of steel. I was really surprised that he made it past leenock, who really was on fire during season 3 of the GSL. Although he did well, his play did feel a little bit cheesy and weak, but oh well.
Group F (Recommended Games: 3,4)

oGsMC
Player Grade: 81.02
MC totally won this group. Even beating out nada, in a fairly 1 sided pvt, with his aggressive play, it was pretty much easy mode. I recommend game 3, MC vs sanZenith. Will he make top 4 this time? Maybe.
oGsNada
Player Grade: 67.52
Make no mistake, Nada played like a genius. He didn’t handle the engagement vs MC too well, which is why he lost his first game. But he came back in pro player style, defeating Inca twice, to some really solid openers, which put him on the back foot. I would be surprised if Nada doesn’t make it really far.
Group G (Recommended Games: 1,2)

TSL_Clyde
Player Grade: 66.05
Clyde, the greatest player to never win anything, swept his group with east. Going 2-0, and beating the former 2nd place of GSL 2 with ease, I really think clyde can do the distance this time. I can’t really recommend any games, because they were all pretty bad
MarineKingPrime
Player Grade: 59.07
Some All-ins and cheeses left wins in the hands of marine king. He really doesn’t know how to make anything but marines, and in tvt, that’s not how you do it. Please, vary your play a little bit. Sure you can be marine heavy, but don’t be marine only. That just doesn’t make any sense
Group H (Recommended Games: 3,5)

Liquid’Jinro
Player Grade: 81.65
Quite possibly the best terran player to play tvt, it was a treat to see him vs oGsEnsnare. Nothing could have gone better, to see him take that game in real style. I really think jinro has what it takes to take the gold. A couple of small mistakes here and there vs check, and he lost, but those will never be made again.
EGIdra
Player Grade: 73.65
Some of the most solid zerg play i’ve seen, no one could really stand up to him. Everything worked out in his favor, and after loosing a tvz on jungle basin to jinro, he rallied, and came out to take second. I really think he can play too safe at times, but that’s something he will most likely fix later on in his career. I Recommend game 3, if you want to see how to win against terran in the super late game.
