Hi Teamliquid
Some of you know that there is a big community of scbw players in Cuba. Some of you know that it's not a great place to play scbw (only 56k modem, they are unable to play lagfree etc..., lack of VODS)
I need your help to create a DVD to send to Cuba.
Unfortunately, I don't have any vods on my computer, thanks to nevake and jon747. I already began to accumulate some of(imo) best vods ever.

So this is what he already has.
+ Show Spoiler + I have some MSL and OSL finals, two Pimpest Plays (2002, 2004), the National Geographic documentary abot WCG, many Highlights of StarLeagues, and so on. Replays, tools, news, pictures, and anything that i can acquire all this time. I began in 2005 following the StarCraft scene with the Anytime vs Boxer finals, what a magical moment...
What I want to send:

Osl-MSL Finals/SemiFinals
Proleague Finals
some winners league vods
The vods I already accumulated.
Some of the best games of proleague.
FPVods from the WCG
I need the community to post your must have vods + download or youtube link.
I will burn all of this into dvd's and send them as soon as possible.

I have a bunch of ISO files with DVD covers I compiled a few years ago of almost every osl/msl Finals since like 2002-2008. Can't seem to find the thread though..
I also have even more mp4/flv files of the same.
PS- What format does Cuba use? NTSC/PAL ? Kinda important me thinks.
edit- they use NTSC, I think you use PAL in Germany right?
PPS- I have a playlist and thread of every (almost every?) 4-5 pool ever done in professional leagues in korea on my youtube account.

Anyways, I can't find them right now but FPVOD's are my favourite. Maybe not your good ol' 2003 NaDa ShowMeTheMSL pack, but OSL/MSL group stage matches are great!
Ah yes, although it'll be quite hard for them to follow (as it was for me, until with my rudimentary knowledge I recognized the Korean for Ho Jin Ho and Ma Jae Yoon) I absolutely reccomend sending OSL/MSL Offline Preliminaries. If you have a couple hours spare, and sit down and watch those you'll be amazed by the sheer force that is Progaming.
Just watching all these nerds fight for their dreams and get knocked really shows you what a big deal these leagues are. The rivalry, the fallen legends past their times, THAT ONE ROOM where they always have the prelims, it's all there.

Oh wow sorry for not seeing this thread before. I think this will be a little extense:
While is true we navigate (By we i mean very few, i have internet since im not actually Cuban but live here and a lot of restrictions dont apply to me) with 56k modems people have a wrong conception about how things work here. Cubans are actually extremely updated not only about SC but everything, latest Games, movies, news, etc, I dont think theres one SC player here that hasnt seen sc vods (the most popular and famous ie PPlays, are actually very common) Cuba has this bad reputation of being very undeveloped, but its not like that, specially in The Havana, i may make a blog about that lol. A friend of mine has broad band at his work, so i upload the cuban Vods and download korean / foreign ones using his conection, like i said, the culture here is very updated and first-world-like.
Im actually very very updated and lurk a lot in Teamliquid. The donwside is that i must "see" the matches from the live report threads but every few months we update our vods, right now there is a friend of mine in europe and he always brings more than 40g in updated vods not only from Korea but from the foreign scene, and oh man, you should see how fast those vods spread.
I dont have any vods in my PC but thats due to lack of interest, mi teammate has over 30g from the Flash vs Kal finals to the last Flash JD finals.
I really, like reeeeaaaally apreciate this and this makes me realize how close and cool the teamliquid comunity is, and if you guys want to send a DVD then fuck it, we will receive it and keep it as a memory of how together the sc comunity can be, no matter the place they live in.
If you still want to send the DVD then do it, i will give the news(im like the oficcial spokesman of the cuban scene lol i even manage the fbook acc of ADEC hehe). Im sure that what the cuban players want the most is updated vods, from the latest events (OSL,MSL, etc)
But again, the mere intention is more than enough, thanks a lot man for trying to do this, if you want anything just PM or ask me using this thread
