July,4th. Blue Ash, OH. Be there of be square. Opens at 2pm. Not only will there be free tunes, but there will be free food. The slogan is Red, White, and Blue Ash. lol. Are any TLers planning on going? Would be cool to meet up.
Peter Frampton is a British guitarist who is popular for his songs "Baby, I love your way" and "Show me the way". He also does a cool cover of "Black Hole Sun".
Yes are an English progressive rock band formed in London in 1968, generally regarded as one of the archetypal bands and pioneers of the genre. Despite many lineup changes, occasional splits within the group and the ever-changing trends in popular music, the band has continued for over forty years and still retains a large following.[1]
I'm going. Hope to see you there. will tell you how it went
p.s. it's free. free food, too.

I really want to see their show in Washington, but I'm not sure if I'll have a passport in time, if I want to cough up that much money, and if I'm willing to go with my dad (I don't have any friends who like Yes, lol).
Plus Jon Anderson is absent. :/ It's hardly Yes without him.

More like "No" now. : (

Peter Frampton... Oh no I'm too young to die... Okay, but come with me and bring your guitar and that thing that makes it go "wah-wahwahwahwahwah"
Hehe, first thing that came to mind. (I was a young lad when the simpsons ep came out, but I do remember it, when I think about it)

My friend works in Blue Ash, asked me if I wanted to go, texted him back why not, but I'm waiting to hear back from him to see if I'll go.

I'm a huge YES fan but im in new york, but they were here a while ago, wish i had time to go see them. Need that Anderson though, just the synergy of him, howe, squire, wakeman and white. They make magic happen.
Totally would go anyway.

I will be there with my brother most likely, p4ndemik and Bill Murray if you guys are going for sure want to arrange a tl meetup?
|
that'd be cool. i'll have 3 people with me. my girlfriend, a friend, and his girlfriend. my acquaintance is an xbox achievement whore, so he is chill. He hadn't really heard of Yes, sadly, but he was into Peter Frampton. I'm not 100% who will be going with my girlfriend and I but I would give out my number and we could meet up for sure if you guys want to.

I think he played like a 20 minute version of "do you feel like we do" tonight. I wasn't keeping track but it was long. Was a great time, its a shame we didn't get to meet up. Maybe some other time. Happy 4th guys! Hope you had a good one!
p.s. Where was the free food? I was looking ... in vain, ended up getting B-dubs. Probably got there too late. My friend is a Marine so it was still cheap though
