Air Force ACE is getting new players this summer to replace their huge Summer 08 class of  Anytime, Reach,  YellOw, and a few others. (ACE players stay on for 2 years)
ggaemo has already declared and the decisions will be finalized in May. My speculations for the rest of the class (and these are possibilities) are:
Terran:
 Midas - WeMade has tons of Terrans and BaBy's getting better. Coaches apparently have to sign a release to let a player join ACE, and it might be a good way for him to get more playing time.
NaDa - This guy's made at least 4 career comebacks already. Someone who made it into an MSL Ro8 a year ago has to have something to contribute.
NOT iloveoov - I don't think he practices as much as most progamers since he's coaching.
Protoss:
NOT Bisu - however, former SKT player GoRush said he wants him on.
LuCifer - He's 23 years old and was sort of good for a while, I just couldn't think of anyone else. Basically, expect Much to continue being ACE's main toss.
Zerg:
sAviOr - If EffOrt's slump continues then Hydra, MIsO, and Devil are ready to jump in. This is the only way he could play more games.
July - What's the weight requirement for joining the Air Force?

Bisu is on leave, to relieve stress isnt he? Besides Nada and ggameo I doubt anyone will on that list will be enlisting anytime soon. And Nada still has a few years before his time is up.

They don't really select for playing ability on Ace, a lot of it has to do with fame and glory. Nada, iloveOov, and Savior (all bonjawas - legit bonjawa not some BONJAWA?!?! bullshit) could all get on if they so desired. Midas and July could probably get on no problem, Lucifer...maybe not.

i can see anytime returning to oz, but yellow and reach dont have the skill to keep up in ktr anymore.

Doubtfully, Yellow/Reach left because they weren't really contributing anything to their lineups. Anytime might be able to but he might end up taking a coaching position or something.

I think Yellow is definitely past his time but I think Reach has the capacity to take the occasional game with enough practice and practice partners.

Soo from STX i'd say. Been a nothing for a long time, but been around for a long time.
It'd be funny if Jaedong or Bisu went though, although their coaches will probably fight tooth and nail to hang onto them.

8 more months until Anytime, Reach and Casy to go back there respective teams. I really do hope ACE does get a good protoss.

KT has a good all-around lineup.
On the other hand, Anytime is easily better than any current OZ protoss.

Sadly, Anytime is still better than any other protoss on OZ, even after two years of reduced practice. When was the last time a Hwaseung protoss won a proleague game?

Probably won't be Jaedong after that army dodge he's pulled by starting at that online university, but hey, pleasant surprise if so. It might actually be the better move for him to do his time in the military while a SC1 progaming team still exists within it.

You guys are underating Reach ( his PvT and PvP are still semi decent ) and overating Anytime because his record with Ace isn't good at all and he is playing as bad if not worse than Reach.
Actually Anytime has the worst last ten game record in Ace hahahaha.
Yea even Yellow has won more games.
Thanks god they have Ruby / Darkelf / Much who are all way more reliable.

YellOw is their Top Zerg. Ggaemo will replace him though.
ACE Terrans and Reach are pretty much make up the whole team

Imo the power rank for Ace is:
1) Much / Ruby ( They seems to still have good mechanics )
2) Darkelf because he is always fighting hard and making enjoyable games.
3) Reach because he can win a PvP or PvT once in a while.
4)Yellow ( Cheese and ZvZ )
5) Anytime ( sucks big time )
6) The rest: Gorush, Cloud, Casy, Xellos but they almost never play

I think RuBy volunteered to join that early out of MBC.
To make the game more even, I'd like to see the following players join ACE for age reasons or for balance reasons.
* Pusan?
* SoO
* s2/Thezerg/who cares?
* free (I know he's still good but he is getting older)
* PianO (Wasn't doing much on his team but might actually improve on ACE.
* Canata (Age reasons, and relative skill)
* hyvaa (because he can't AK Woongjin)

No, actually you are ready to join the army by the age of 20 or smth. There was a news post about Bisu recieving a letter from the korean army that he is fit to join the troops by November 2009, so basically he can go to ACE whenever he wants

it's always good to have more players on ace. we get to see people who never play in their current teams. and that might be a good incentive to join the army sooner..

Well, Anytime sucks now, but you can't forget what he did for ACE when he joined. He was really playing well, although now I think he just lost motivation and probably wouldn't return to being a progamer
