I was listening to my Mp3 player when a catchy tune went on and I started rockin my feet. I just noticed that I actually prefer to lift my heel instead of my toes as that is way more comfortable. No idea if it's actually true or not. it does help if you cant feel it in your body to begin with. if you do, then it doesnt matter as much and you really should just do whatever's most comfortable. a lot of the best improvisational artists in my school really move to the music (i personally can't improvise to save my life, but w/e) | ||
