After watching The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift I've been inspired to learn to drift because it looks so badass. Ideally I'd like to be able to drift through street corners when there's no pedestrians around and even more ideally I think it would be cool to drift spin into a parking space.
Obviously this isn't something so you should just "google" to figure out how to do, but is this site a good place to begin?
lmao isn't a murano an suv? don't try to drift in an suv, much less learn in one. you need a cheap rwd (preferably a manual) car, 240sx's are the most popular and have been for a long while. the biggest issue during the learning process is when you are exiting the drift, the biteback on going from countersteer to straight ahead is hard to get used to. easiest way to learn is in the rain, just blip the gas while turning into a corner at barely over the speed limit and try to balance the rear end coming out.
edit: i suggest you watch the dubbed version of a dvd called the drift bible if you really want to learn in more detail about drifting. it covers beginner to intermediate drifting techniques.

I have no clue what you mostly just said (don't know anything about cars), but I can't afford a new car just to drift.
you don't need a new car, you need an old rear wheel drive car. nissan 240sx is a rear wheel drive car that are very easy to find and for decent prices, probably around $1800. trust me don't try to learn in your suv.
LOL - I just love the drawings!! So much detail and thought, it is clear to me young Jedi that all you need next is to just go out drifting. In the Murano. The Force is strong in you!
U can buy some (fairly expensive) drifting tires that are really just super slippery if u wanna look cool... U cant drift an suv btw....ull need rear wheel drive too.. and if u do somehow end up drifting at all ull burn through tires pretty fast.
