All last night and the night before our stream kept going offline about every 10-15 minutes while the stream was still running without sending a PM about "your stream has been offline for 10 minutes" the autodetect stream status was not on either. So it shouldn't be auto turning it off, we didn't get the PM, and it appears to be happening to other ustream users as well. The complexity showmatch just had it happen and I was told it was happening to Ret as well and all are ustream users. Havent seen it happen to any JTV or livestream people though I really have no idea what's causing it.

Our stream was up and running we were casting stream was online had several hundred to a thousand viewers depending on which day viewing the stream. It never went offline but we disappeared from the online stream list on Teamliquid like I just said it just happened to the complexitygaming stream doing their showmatch, and was told it was happening to at least one other stream as well.

It shows up on the main stream page, just not on the tab to the right. Additionally, the number of viewers is inconsistent with the actual number of viewers (0 instead of being in the several hundreds).

I hope this indication is of use to the staff.

I actually had my stream open while I was playing and the stream was online the whole time (and had been for 6 hours) it was still getting marked offline on TL.

I'm guessing there's an issue with the API TL is using to check status.

We are having this exact same issue as well, the 0 viewer count and offline after ~10minutes (despite being online) with no TL bot PM. perhaps ustream changed something on their end and somehow broke the way TL fetches dates from ustream?

It's specific to you or your channel, I contacted ustream about it and they thought they had fixed it, but apparently not. I sent a follow-up.

Yes. I had people popping in and out over the 3 hours I was streaming, and I had the monitor up watching the rates. I got a PM about my stream being offline after about 15 minutes of going online and didn't notice until I came to set my stream to offline again.
