You did not follow grubby much in wc3 did you ... he always played the race before it was considered ... op and made it to MVP many times and won tons of tourney's he's always been at the top. Also grubby 2-0 Kas ... say again ?
actually i followed wc3 for years.
korea had a surplus of undead and night elf players in early wc3. the undead usually eliminated all of the night elf players which led them to entering tournaments like eswc.
orc vs undead is stupidly imbalanced and is almost impossible for undead to win due to shitty balance, so grubby managed to beat them every time. although admittedly grubby does have great results against zacard.

who are the two commentators on iccup ? they have like 10 wordperminute which lure me to sleep pretty fast

The German equivalent to State of the Game had a fairly interesting segment on the current slump of Kas. What they said was that he is basically overplaying himself no matter what. When you hit a rough patch it might be a good idea to take a short break an find your focus again. Kas doesn't do that and that is what causes his current struggles.

Yes, but everyone expects so much from him ... that's what overrated means.

I dont expect him to be a super hero like he was in wc3, a game he played since like he was 15 years old... but he is gonna be like a strong player. come on do you even read anything lol, demuslim said already X times, grubby played alot back in BETA, and who cares 4 months or not, he looks bad, no potential tbh Someone's quick to judge. Why no potential?
i mean come on, look at all his games, no macro nothing, he gets huge leads and then suddenly loses everything lol, he just looks bad to me, compared to other players who started not that long ago too, he looks just bad

There is like 0 energy on the Iccup stream Feels like they've been casting for 24 hours straight.

I'm sure I remember seeign that he would be playing for the Fox/Foreigner team as well. With Lyn, Naniwa, SaSe, Thorzain and Moon they actually have a pretty strong line up. He didn't actually win a spot in code A, only return tickets and the opportunity to stay in the GSL house for some time. Wasn't that 'road to korea' tournament for one of the 'charity' code A spots, like those gomTV has given out before to foreigners? (haypro, ret, moonglade for example) Nope they're only giving him the opportunity to qualify on his own.
