it's hard to believe that I cared that much about series that were played so long ago, in a game I was never even really into.

Idra's reason for leaving was similar.

Patting him on the back pro support, these guys are so awesome man, I wish I was right along with them. Question: After such a favourable result for Tyler(in his first Courage attempt) why didn't ESTRO use their progamer license ability (iirc teams have 2-3 licenses they can personally hand out) for Tyler? Now, I know after this he wanted to go back home for personal reasons but still, what happened here? Was he offered a license by ESTRO and chose to go home, or wasn't offered one and went home? Unlike the two other recent foreigners entering the Korean scene, IdrA and Draco - NonY has not yet been given a license from his team, eSTRO. In a forum post, former eSTRO player Greg "IdrA" Fields says eSTRO already spent their give-out licenses on gosi[season] and himself. http://www.gosugamers.net/starcraft/news/9357-nony-one-game-away-from-progamer-license

I wish so badly some one could have told me about SC a long time ago so I could have watched everything from the start. I love RTS so much even from a young age, such a shame that me and awsome community didn't cross paths a long time ago TT

Idra's reason for leaving was similar. IdrA stayed while he played StarCraft 1. He only left once he decided to play StarCraft 2 instead, which makes sense since he didn't have anyone on CJ Entus to practice with or talk to about StarCraft 2. So I don't think you're right about IdrA leaving for the same reasons.
