2011 Season 22 MSL Ro32 Group H

+ Show Spoiler +
This MSL almost made me forget that last time, Group H was by far the most hyped group, and the players are almost the same now! This should prove again that Bisu fans are the best fans because their attention span is focused exactly where it’s supposed to be all the time, on a single player during the entire tournament. Also, time has passed, and the situation is rather different for all of these players. Is Group H still an exciting group? It’s certainly nowhere near as exciting as Group D, and all faithful followers of Taek Shin will need to wait for the Ascendant Protoss as long as this lasts, but the implications of this group could be pretty interesting. Let's take a look at the players!
Really - formerly the starplayer of eSTRO, Really has found little of his former glory in Woongjin Stars after he was forced to transfer. While his humour has significantly changed, his matchup stats are even more different. He has fallen far from his TvT and TvP excellence that he had in his prime, but his TvZ has been significantly improving, and his TvT is still formidable. Also, since he lost 0-2 last time, (very valiantly, I might add) he can enact his vengeance upon both smugtoss and Shine after both of those have fallen far from their peaks. Reality might prove a harder challenge, since his premium matchup has been TvT for a long time, and because Reality just 2-0d a very hard group with hero, Ssak and Stats in it. Still, as long as he keeps his wits about him, he can make a good claim to advancing from this group, and perhaps challenge Light’s position as Woongijn’s new Terran Ace? He was spared from the godly punishment of Bisu last time, so maybe that’s a good sign for him, too!
Kal is almost as horrible as Brainless Zerg, and everyone knows it, even his few blasphemous supporters, and he was rightfully punished for standing against Bisu last time. He is like Minya, a terrible replica of something great that should never have existed. A half-way decent player would never, ever, under no circumstances lose to him in important matches, so I think it’s pretty certain what Kal’s fate is in this group.
Shine – Formerly Bisu’s wanna-be nemesis (just because Bisu chose to lose to him a few times doesn’t mean Bisu didn’t actually really win all those games, geez), Shine became a laughing stock during most of the MSL group selection. Shine got the titles „most over-rated player“ and „2-nd worst dressing player“, and he hasn’t been performing to his previous level for quite some time, but to totally disregard him would be a severe mistake in my opinion. Where there was obvious skill, it doesn’t just vanish into thin air, and WeMade FOX had some time to regain some form during the long offseason. It’s hard to predict how Shine will perform, and it’s made even harder by him facing Reality, a player that is difficult to assess on a map that is still relatively untested. The mystery is strong in this one, and WeMade desperately needs him to make a comeback. Will we see that happen? I don’t know, but Bisu wouldn’t certainly mind beating him up on his way to the championship title.
Reality – at the beginning of the Proleague season, noone had even heard of this guy, and that lasted until the Winners League match during which he got 3 kills SKT without even as much as blinking, before finally falling due to divine intervention. Is Reality still at that level? His MST group was arguably the hardest one out of all, with Stats, hero, and Ssak in it, and he 2-0d it convincingly, beating up both stats and ssak. If you can defeat Stats, you can beat Kal, since Kal is horrible, so he’s pretty much guaranteed at least one win out of this group, but the rest is up to him. The Royal Road might be open to him, as far as we know. Ambition is something Bisu likes, so it's good.
I predict the following:
