We are planning on doing a weight loss contest starting this Saturday and will end at our next tournament following month. Weigh in will take place some time on Saturday before tourney starts, $10/person, and it will be based off % lost so that it is fair. For those of you who don't understand what this means, if person A weighs 200 and loses 10lb, he would have lost 5%. For a 300 lb person to match this, he/she would have to lose 15lbs and so on. $ will be given to Certified and it will be a winners take all contest. Post here if your interested or just let us know on Saturday. gl hf gg. 4 people confirmed so far, keep it coming.

Does that count? | ||

I'll reconsider another 2 player map though. Scrap Station it is. Map is broken. As zerg you can't take third. That is why they are remaking and relocating the third.

Here are the general guidelines for getting on the TL calendar http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=158090 we should totally jump on this, if we get the event "featured" we'd have a lot more viewers.

Maybe one of the featured TL streamers like Yen or Pokebunny might want to stream it through their channel? If I get featured status anytime soon I'd be willing to do that too.

If I'm at home with a textbook and a computer, I'm not going to want to do any homework, but if I'm around a bunch of nerds who are also doing homework, I'll feel dumb for not doing homework. Meh, I went to Bally for a month or so. I actually felt more inclined to get the fuck out of there rather then actually work. Might just be a personality thing.

Some of the smaller Ballys may cater more towards women in terms of equipment, but it's not true for all of them.

The free weights and heaver machines are in the basement and are quite sufficient for what I do. The upper floors have the rest of the equipment and treadmills, but also has a boxing bag that I use quite frequently. I think that might be the same one, sure as hell sounds like the same one. Yep the same one. Forgot Horace Harding borders the LIE for a bit. Was easy for me tho, it's like a 10 min walk from my house.

There's two - one is near Fresh Meadows, and the other is near Douglaston - I'm not sure which one is near you, but I go to the one near Douglaston (exit 32 off the LIE).
