Some of you may recall an extremely dramatic incident earlier this month on the second. The blog was called, "Hello Everyone, I'm Freaking" and it randomly blew up.
Anyways, it got locked because I asked Mani to lock it when the thread started to derail, then it got back on track and the thread got shut down like ten hours later since I asked Mani to close it. I don't care, however, because she found the thread and started to read the trolls.
Well, I'm here to deliver updates because several of you have PM'd me.
It's all going so good, better than I ever expected actually. I believe she is going to breakup with her boyfriend for me, and we are planning a 60 day trip to Ireland. It's so good. She also browses teamliquid now, so yeah, everything is great.
I have a few other exciting updates for you all! I may soon be negotiating a contract with the nonprofit record label, Alphabasic, headed by IDM artist, Benn Jordan. Exciting news for me!
I also released my new full length album for free, if you missed the post on teamliquid the first time around, get it here!. It's a relaxing 45 minute long piano and strings album. Here is track one streaming, track one
Okay, that sums this blog entry up. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and got what you wanted! I got a violin, saxophone, harmonica, and some nice clothes with hygiene products! Good stuff! Happy New Years!

Way cool. It's the kind of music that soothes the wild beast. Love the way the piano and violin compliment on another.
Good luck to you in your endeavors.

fact of life dude: a person who will cheat on or dump their significant other for another will always do it again. experience!
the fact that she now wants to plan a two month fuck off trip to ireland just screams clingy chick who needs a relationship and is now on the rebound. youll be lucky if you don't wake up in some grimy ass hostel to her getting fisted by a drunken midget.
trust me!

Fact of life: You can automatically assess any situation by knowing so few details. I'll just leave that there.

Agreed. Been there, done that....minus the large-fisted gnome. She is bored of the current guy and will get bored of you too, sooner or later...can't change "people" who are like that.

Lots of people have been in your situation, bud. Girls like this are just looking for the excitement. Sure, yours is different...just don't go telling the internet how hurt you are if it turns out she is not as different as you thought.

Maybe what Hawk said was a little too extreme, but I still wouldn't discount it. Anything can happen. It's obvious you want this girl, and that's fine, but just make sure that this hasn't clouded your judgement in the slightest and that you're thinking everything through clearly.

I'm just going to give a tiny bit of the background into the situation.
She has been with this guy for 5 years, they were previously engaged. I have been talking to her for a really long time. Things just recently got intense. Blogged about it earlier this month, she found the blog. Luls ensued.

Are you normally this curt with people who agree with you, or is it reserved for dissenting opinion?
Go ask anyone who has ever been in this predicament before. There's three key steps: 1) temporarily put aside lovey dovey bullshit when your nagging suspicions make you ask friends 2) get mad at said friends for telling you what I just did 3) get boned exactly as everyone said, repent and learn

Well now take everything I said and multiply it by a million. How are there not giant alarm bells going off in your head????

I think it's irrational and illogical to blanket statement every situation that exists.

by posting your story online, you are specifically asking for blanket statements from completely anonymous strangers...???

God no, I was just giving an update about that situation, along with two other updates in my life. That's why I don't really want to hear anyone's opinions on that.

I'm going to have to agree with Hawk. I've had a very similar experience and it ended with her moving on to someone else before we were done. On the plus side I had some of the best angry sex of my life during that time.
|
This has happened to me, am I with girl? No.
This has happened to friends, are they with girl? No.
This is happening recently to a friend, are they with girl? Yes (cause its recent)
Basically its inevitable that she's gonna be a little weird and then get tired of you and leave or maybe even compare you to the old relationship or whatever. Its a bad idea and the fire alarm should be off in your head right now regardless of the situation. Did her ex treat her horribly and he's an asshole and now you're some kinda saint in comparison? Well that shit doesn't matter its all just a bad idea yo!! Hawk is right be wary man
P.S. She's probably going to read this and go "wtf is this guy thinking? Imma prove him wrong!!" Nah you're not imma call it now yeeeeahhh
But goodluck in your future endeavors peace.

+1 @ Hawk.
if you want to be ignorant, then just blind yourself to this entire thread, where everyone is just trying to help you

Good grief! I must be lame! Alls I saw was the great news about the album and stuffs. Didn't even think about the "girl" situation and was stunned that all the responses you got were "girl" related. *shrugs*
Well good luck with everything.

I say go for it. I'm a firm believer in trial by fire.

In my experience no amount of argument or evidence can convince a person that it's bad idea or that it's going to be a train wreck. They will never EVER believe you, they gotta find out on their own. Good luck dude, you're gonna need it.
