TSL 2 was good but i think that the first time is always the best.
White-Ra vs Idra, Nony vs Draco, Jf come back in the final, Brat TvP, Draco smashing terrans etc...
TSL 2 had some great moments though. Even if i lost some money i have to admit that Nony vs Idra was hilarious :D
Dreiven vs Mondragon was by far my favorite match in TSL1. I will be forever a fan of the BBQ Toss. The finals between JF and Draco was amazing too. White-Ra vs Idra was a pretty good series too IMO.
TSL2 was all about Nony vs Idra IMO. Nony vs Mondragon was good too, but I had been a fan of Nony for so long, and seeing him upset Idra like that was great.

Thanks for this post, the nostalgia levels are amazing.
I remember TSL 1 and 2 so vividly, because they were the most awesome events ever. I even participated in both, albeit only went 10-0 and then stopped, at both TSLs :D Good times.
It was the sheer community'ness of the event which made it so legendary. Obviously all the pros would qualify but the fact that you could ladder up, get a game with a pro which you normally couldn't and be a part of the whole thing made it that much greater.
I'm anxious to see if there is any way to repeat the success stories which are TSL 1 and 2 in Starcraft 2.

Thanks to everyone who was seeding, even after a year. I invite everyone to relive the epic moments of TSL 2 and take advantage of my Uni's internet connection by dl'ing as well!
God, I forgot how good Tyler played! Just dominated Tarson, it's funny cause last state of the game he brought up how dominant he was during those games.
I'd like to add another fav memory: The bets that rekrul made in NonY vs IdrA!

lol I remember Tylers games throughout the tournament were just roflstomps. It was awesome watching him stream and practice for it too in the weeks leading up to the games.

Not sure if it was because of this thread, but I reinstalled BroodWar. I immediately got back into my groove only to find...that my computer froze around the 20min mark. Windows 7!? Damn "improvements." Give me back BW.

Man I still remember everyone doubting NonY becuz he was inactive with getting married and stuff and I was the few that was cheering for him to win. Then he ended up beating IdrA(the CLEAR favorite to win not just vs nony but the whole tournament cuz ppl predicted a IdrA Vs ret finals)and ended up winning the whole thing. Yea I remember..
