How is it? I heard the Brown keys were the best for Starcraft. Does the keyboard feel different than your normal one?

If u want a super solid mouse, get the Zowie EC1 or 2 (EC1 is very similarily shaped to the microsoft IME 3.0, EC2 is a smaller version of that). I was going to disagree, but then I realized the only piece of razer hardware I have is the DeathAdder. So far it's been wonders for me.

Don't support a company being stupid. Razer stopped selling the Salmosa and rehashed and fucked up old shit. The new ones look uncomfortable and silly - for the sake of just selling more shit to people with money to waste. Find a Salmosa and buy that.

so, IMO it's actually useful for improving macro and timming, if you wanna spend extra bucks instead of getting a death adder, you'll get the APM stuff and increased DPI and a slightly better ergonomics for RTS, small mouse and big buttons.

I'm going to piggy-back on that, although in the opposite direction, and ask why you would spend $130 when you could get a keyboard for a tenth of the price that is just as functional, and arguably better then these high end keyboards (especially the ones with lights and shit, since I really feel like putting the hurt on razer) To be honest though, why all the flashiness and high prices? I hope one of these companies copies the samsung keyboard real pros use, verbatim, and then put their name on it and sell it. Now that's a keyboard I might pay more for.

I have an older generation Diamondback and it is amazing. Have Razer products really gone that far downhill since 5-6 years ago?

im using the abyssus on a goliathus control and it is the best setup ive had in 12 years of fps and rts gaming. before that i used the i.e.3.0. for like 8 years and while it was fine in fps games it gave me rsi in most rts games because it required my hand to flex in an unnatural way.
