vrad, I don't mean to be harsh, but thread deletion is nothing new. They'll go long periods without doing it and every now and then come back to clear out the trash. It's possible they got back onto thread deletion today because of your beta rumor.
nah they start 'cleaning process' before any rumor was out.
Blizzard starts removing crap posts after a long period of not doing anything (which according to sudo is normal practice), hence beta must start today!
Almost midnight here, just another two hours untill the troll gets banned. This at least has an ETA, much more exciting than anything Blizzard has to say. Just another two hours, can't wait!
That's not his reasoning. He's never explained his reasoning. I'm pretty sure it's just that Friday, July 31st sounds like a nice round number.
Actually that is kinda his reasoning if u go through his past 10 or so posts, he's been doing nothing but telling people to try and get a beta post up on the battle.net forums, which apparently is impossible because blizzard is deleting them.

Heh I was randomly looking up starcraft on urbandictionary... the most popular definition mentions SC2 as "being hoped by fans to be out by 2010". That was written in 2004 and was almost certainly sarcastic.
