I read the Seattle Times (I'm from Seattle) Sometimes I read the Seattle P.I., the other newspaper around here.
I don't read newspapers online though, I'm talking about actual physical newspapers. As for why I read them, I dunno? I enjoy reading the news and stuff, and local news is something you don't get if you read something like the NYT.

Damn should have added some British ones too, I didn't know BBC sold newspapers.
|
Edmonton Journal mostly, the National Post sometimes (some Sundays). They are fairly comprehensive newspapers, also it is hard to get some that aren't ultra-conservative here in Alberta (*points at Calgary Herald*).

I generally read my news online but on occasion I'll read a newspaper.
The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent and The Times, The Financial Times are all fairly popular here.

Don't read a specific newspaper, mainly get news online which may be from any newspaper.

New Zealand Herald, because it's pretty much the only newspaper.

google news...
mostly from bbc, cnn, and nytimes.

I've never understood people opening a newspaper when you can pick and choose the news you want on the web and get it all delivered to the same place (RSS feeds).
I've cut down a lot. Only 2000 articles a day or so. Too much crap to list here. None of them are print newspapers, though..mostly tech stuff.

I really want to start reading The Economist and other more specific ones though. Anyone know some good technology/think tank publications/blogs?
