Hey guys,
This is my first-time ever to blog anywhere and I'm glad I can use TL.net to do that! A little background info on myself...
- I play on the Europe/ICCUP ID: B_Saint[LighT] - I've been a lurker of TL for a few years and I'm an enthusiastic follower of the competitive sc scene both foreign and korean - I live in Toronto, Canada - I currently study Accounting my third year at York University and hopefully one day I either receive my CA or do an MBA at Schulich/Ivey/Queens/Rotman or even both! - I'm of Chinese/Vietnamese descent and PROUD OF IT!!!
But enough about me. I chose to start a blog out of keen interest and because it's cool to one day in the future look back at it and see how far I've come along - a diary of sorts, but I'm a man, and men don't keep diaries. We "blog" lol, if you will.
The central purpose of my blog for the moment being is to just get my thoughts down on my progress in ICCUP and any thoughts that YOU! the TL community have. Anyways, I don't know how often I will blog but when I do I hope I can make it interesting for y'all to read, especially the fellow ICCUP'ers out there.
Anyways, time to wrap up my first blog entry and I hope you TL'ers will enjoy what I have to say . Cheers!

Is York still on strike? How are you dealing with that in terms of working a "summer" job and finishing your classes?

@ Resonance: I'm currently at C+ grinding my way through after about 200+ games into the season.
@ Chill: Hey, unfortunately York is still on strike - leaving me with loads and loads of time to play on ICCUP this season until the strike resolves itself. As for when the strike will come to an end, I do not know and only time can tell. It really sucks as a York student (unless you are in nursing/doing IBBA at schulich because the latter does exchange during winter semesters) at the moment and I'm essentially stuck in limbo and have been since Nov.6 which was when the strike started.
However, when the strike does get resolved, classes will continue as usual.. albeit the fall semester and winter semester will be shortened due to lost time + reading week will be scrapped.
As for a summer job, I might not be able to apply for any internships this summer . I will probably take some classes in the summer to make the most of my time and have an easy, breezy 4th year with fewer classes to worry about!
@ Xeris: Thanks for the support :D! I'm trying here! hehe <3

I'm quite sure York is still on strike. My sister is in her last year at York and she probably won't be able to finish this year with the way things are going right now.
Phoenix I'm in Toronto atm, maybe I'll see you around some time (unlikely). Have fun!
