And it's not just a day or two before the weekend I usually work I can be driving down the road and just agonize what I will be doing in a couple of days. Nothing to look forward to anymore. I don't even look forward to days off just another day. This can't be normal.
Am I burned out?

It is really hard to get yourself motivated to want to go out with friends or girls especially since you spend pretty much all your energy on work. The best thing to do in these situations is to FORCE yourself to go out and meet new people. Go hang out with some friends you haven't seen in a while and network. Go find a girl and ask her out to dinner. Believe me, the only person who can make things happen for you is you and being more active will actually make you feel less drained, as ridiculous as that sounds. I also want to add that thinking about work when your outside of work is a really unhealthy habit that will only cause you more stress. You could also try to pick up some sort of hobby (for example I go play soccer with friends on wednesdays and saturdays). Release some of the negative energy that is building up inside of you, with productive activities and you should see a change on your whole outlook in no time.

I'm in the same boat. Take note of my post count, as it's a direct result of work/school. I'm fucking burnt. It's basically a weeklong countdown to friday. Meh.

I believe this mostly happens alot when you work long hours and let all of your energy be consumed in work. I think the exercise can also help you with your "nothing to look forward to." Exercise will make you tired- at least you will look forward to a good night's sleep. Take this shit a day at a time, good luck man.
