The last time a KeSPA Cup was announced for May, nothing happened. So for now I'll just pretend like this teasing doesn't mean anything.

It would be ironic that the one tournament of the year that is open to all would be organized by the country who's banned from everything outside their country

I wonder if it will give wcs points (if it ever happen)

I mean korean tournaments are open for anybody regardless, no? Global or not that wouldn't really affect anything we care for i think.

It might be like one of the previous KeSPA cups where they were technically open to all and had EU and NA server qualifiers but it was pretty clearly just for Koreans at Korean friendly times. I think you had to fill out like actual registration forms and Bly was the only guy that figured out how to do it, and basically all the Koreans just played on the Korean server regardless of it.
This was awhile back though so take that with a grain of salt.

Finally they promised more kespa cups last year and did 1 hope they do mroe this year even )

The only way this can be funnier is if Neeb wins the whole thing!

Foreigners can't grow if they're getting stomped in the round of 32 all the time by Koreans. You need to give them a safe space, away from the evil faceless Koreans. + Show Spoiler +You can't out-stupid the stupidest of them all.
I don't think Neeb would have reached the level he is at in the old scene. He wouldn't have been motivated to go full time and play and move to Korea because he would have looked silly against the Koreans in most events, yet, a bit over half way through the year he is beating Gumiho and Byun with no ping in Korea.

The tweet was never deleted. Not that not deleting means anything special.
