Hey Guys! For those of you that have been following the Blog-section for a while now, you probably have seen me post a video Here and there about Personal development.
Personal Development is something that I really fell in love with over the course of these past few years and I simply love to talk and share my thoughts about it.
However much I love PD, I think that one of the issues of it is that there is simply too much information and 'too much advise' out there. Sure, Lots of information can be a good thing, but its hard to find a system that will guide you through much more than just random topics. (without a paywall...)
So...As I have decided to build my own system anyways, I decided that I will share the ideas openly. I will release the system as a YouTube-playlist Which I will keep updating throughout this blog.
The basic idea and concept of the system is that life-mastery consists of 3 aspects: A mental aspect, such as organizing thoughts, Happiness, Strength of mind,... A physical aspect, such as physical health&fitness (we will also talk a lot about nutrition Here), possessions (materialistic goals),.... and a Social aspect, Which describes all Human relationships (How we treat people, intimate relationships, introverted vs extroverted and How to become more extroverted, overcoming shyness in front of people ...)
You get the idea. More closely, I am talking about the concept in Video 00-Introduction&Announcement of the Life-Balance-Course.
I will be updating this system step by step as fast as I can, however understand that I am a full-time university student and I do have other stuff to work on too!
My goal is to finish this course in about a year worth of TIME, so that we have a conclusive system that provides information on all areas of Life from all the Best books and sources in ~10-minute-videosegments.
Footnote: Before you begin jumping through the videos in random order, understand that the "Life-Balance-Course" is based on the idea of balancing the entire system! (Social,MENTAL,PHYSICAL) and thus will not work (in full Effect) if you keep skipping parts and only attack problem-areas.

Boiling down the complexities of life into only three general concepts seems like a recipe for a guide to life that is simply unable to account for all of its difficult to solve dilemmas. Something more organic seems better.

A lot of what we will adress is going to be very complex indeed. Only that we categorize into 3 different areas, which consist again (in theory) of unlimited subtopics. We will basically talk aobut what you learn when reading massive amounts of self-help-books. Basically, this will be sort of a collection of a huge amount of information on a wide variety of topics - "a bit of everything" of the sort.
For topics, I picked what I find most crucial (such as topics like health, working out, concepts like EGO etc), but in the end, one can only communicate so much about life.
Hey Farva what's the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy shit on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?

Cool (V)blog Shock, useful blog for people here.

3 ingredients, easy to comprehend, doesnt mean a person needs to prescribe themselves to that forever. Building blocks for success overtime become a foundation that is never seen, but the strength of an individual starts somewhere, and even memorizing 3 simple things helps to push away the negativity and procrastination a midst pursuing goals. It is much easier than pursuing them unguided, or constently dodging long time endeavours, but to fufill a goal, a framework helps an individual define strengths weaknesses direction and rule out what is not important. all this is dynamic to the person and goal. Three simple things is easier to say to a lot of people, then defining the optimum nutrition/p.t/p.d/sleep/social/academic regime for infinite variety of people.
examplify your opinion. Dont say its not doable unless you have the proof from your history. Or an educational reasoning behind it. stating opinions from a smart phone or sitting on your butt infront of the computer without reasoning is exactly why a blogger like shocks does what he does, to get rid of the mundane, provide outlets for prosperity.
Goes to shows how much potential for intervention there is here, with replies like "its not doable, 3 rules not enough" in the first 3 replies.
Besides how can anyone get anywhere without learning something new. Someone sees his video, and digs a bit deeper and finds shit on another level, something that syncs with 'their' model of the world. Personal Development is good to be consciously aware of. Without action it can be a virus for procrastinators/lazyness. *cue Tony Robbins music* AUuhhhh Yahh!@! TAKE ACTION *dance* Raise your hands!~~
@I wasbanned fromthis: Thank you for your response, I think that you summed up the idea of my blog perfectly! I can see why people are very doubtful of what I am presenting, but its always great to see people with an open-mind to wait and see what it's really all about. Do you mind if I put a quote of the first part of your post in the starting-post?
It is really disheartening to put hours and hours of time into something like this, just to have it downvoted right away without any real reasoning or justification. I would never expect anyone to support something they disapprove, but I'd like to say thanks to those that preserve an open mind for now and that bare with me for a while to really see what my work is all about, instead of fixiating one one idea they disagree with and giving a 1-star and a downvote.
As Iwasbannedfromthis stated perfectly: I am trying to give you a taste of what personal-development can be. I am setting you up for developing more conciousness over critical topics that affect all our lifes. And even if you disagree with most of my content (which honestly, I doubt once you really gave this a chance ), well..
